  • Full architecture blueprint — the complete system design is delivered in the Strategy phase.
  • Tactical campaign execution — we’re not building ads, writing 30 posts, or launching campaigns inside the audit.
  • System implementation — no CRM rebuilds, funnel rebuilds, or automation deployment in this phase.
  • Ongoing optimization — ongoing iteration and performance governance are handled in Management.
  • Long-term analytics buildout — dashboards and reporting systems are designed/built in later phases.
